Worthington Elementary Participates in 2018 Kindness Week

Oakland Mills Middle Receives 2018 Champion Creatively Alive Children Grant

Oakland Mills Middle School recently won a Champion Creatively Alive Children school grant. Crayola and the National Association of Elementary School Principals selected the school as one of only 20 recipients across the country.

Board Approves 2019-2020 Academic Calendar

High School Students Registered to Vote in Upcoming Election

The Howard County Board of Elections visited all HCPSS high schools this fall to register eligible students to vote in the general election on November 6. Students also were educated about opportunities to serve as an election judge.
Talbott Springs Elementary School Replacement Earns State Support

On October 26, 2018, the Designees for the Maryland Interagency Commission on School Construction (IAC) agreed to support the construction of a replacement school building for Talbott Springs Elementary School.
