Howard County Public School System (HCPSS) has adopted a new model for science education, aligned to the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS), to develop scientifically literate citizens who are well prepared to pursue college and careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields.

City on a Hill Community Church Provides Support for Oakland Mills Middle School Families

Oakland Mills Middle School (OMMS) is partnering with City on a Hill Community Church to provide resources and support for students and families. The partnership will be formalized with an official partnership signing on Friday, March 24, at the Sheraton Columbia Waterside Restaurant in Columbia, Maryland.
