Statement of Dr. Renee Foose and Howard County Board of Education

Howard County Superintendent of Schools Dr. Renee A. Foose and the Board of Education of Howard County jointly announced today Dr. Foose’s retirement from the Howard County Public School System (HCPSS), effective today. The Board announced Michael J. Martirano, Ed.D. will be Acting Superintendent of Schools.
