Board Approves Resolution Recognizing Safe School Zones

The Howard County Board of Education approved a resolution to support and protect the rights of all Howard County Public School System (HCPSS) students, regardless of immigration or citizenship status. The resolution was unanimously approved during the regularly scheduled Board meeting on Thursday, September 7, 2017.

The Howard County Library System (HCLS) and the Howard County Public School System have launched the A+ Student Card to deliver the library system’s extensive catalog of electronic resources directly to students.
