The Howard County Public School System invites parents and students to attend an information session to learn more about JumpStart, the expanded early college and dual-enrollment program. The expansion includes new programs offered to all HCPSS students designated to attend Centennial, Howard, Long Reach, Oakland Mills and River Hill high schools for the 2018–19 school year.
