Introduction of New High School and Middle School Courses, Feedback Accepted Through August 20, 2021

Community members are welcome to suggest new middle or high school courses. To propose a new middle or high school course for consideration during the upcoming school year, please complete this short form by Friday, August 20, 2021.

New courses are added to the course catalogs following an extended process that includes proposal, evaluation and approval; budgeting; curriculum development; course piloting and revision; instructional materials development or acquisition; and professional development.

Course additions are implemented through the provisions of HCPSS Policy 8000 Curriculum, which provides additional information about the processes for approving and developing new courses.
