Superintendent to Present the State of the Schools, January 16, 2020

On Thursday, January 16, Superintendent Michael J. Martirano will present the State of the Howard County Public School System at an event hosted by Bright Minds Foundation, HCPSS’ educational foundation, which supports students and schools. Martirano will provide an overview of school system progress and challenges, and share his priorities. Also included will be an update on the Bright Minds – Computers for Students program and how it helps to bridge the homework gap for HCPSS students. 

The State of the Howard County Public School System will be held at The Meeting House, located at 5885 Robert Oliver Place, Columbia. Check-in and breakfast begin at 7:30 am, with the program taking place 8-9:30 am. Tickets cost $30.
