Howard County Named to 9th Annual AP District Honor Roll

HCPSS is one of 373 school districts in the U.S. and Canada, and the only Maryland district, named to the 9th Annual AP District Honor Roll.

To be included, HCPSS simultaneously increased access to Advanced Placement (AP) courses for a broader number of students while also maintaining or improving the rate at which their AP students earned scores of 3 or higher on an AP Exam. AP District Honor Roll recipients are recognized for their commitment to expanding the availability of AP courses among prepared and motivated students of all backgrounds.
