HCPSS Receives Distinguished Budget Presentation Award

HCPSS has been awarded the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award by the Government Finance Officers Association for the current school year budget.

The award reflects the commitment of HCPSS to meeting the highest principles of governmental budgeting. To receive the award, HCPSS satisfied nationally recognized guidelines for effective budget presentation. HCPSS was recognized for pioneering efforts to improve the quality of budgeting.

This is the second consecutive year that HCPSS has earned this award, and adds to several GFOA financial reporting and procurement awards that HCPSS has earned over the last several years.
