Recent collaboration efforts between HCPSS’ Office of Food and Nutrition Services and the Healthier Choices Coalition have focused on healthier school food options in our schools. Main priorities of the group include finding ways to support parent and student confidence in the HCPSS food service program, and to develop and implement actionable steps to create healthier, nutritional, and cost-effective meal options in our schools.
