Community Input Sought on HCPSS Capital Budget Prioritization Process, Through Feb. 17, 2025

January 15th, 2025

The HCPSS Office of Capital Planning & Construction is seeking community input on the development of a Capital Budget Prioritization process. The process aims to objectively prioritize HCPSS facilities based on identified capital needs, which is the first step in developing the overall capital budget.

The HCPSS Capital Budget funds the construction of new school facilities and provides for renovations, additions, roofing and barrier-free projects, technology, and the purchase or relocation of portable classrooms for existing facilities.

Community members are invited to attend one of the open-house style in-person or virtual meetings listed below to view a short presentation, ask questions, and provide feedback on the capital budget prioritization process through an online survey. For questions, please contact schoolplanning@hcpss.org or 410-313-1554.

Additional information on the capital budget prioritization process is available online.
