Complete Strategic Planning Survey by Sept. 20

The Howard County Public School System (HCPSS) is building a new strategic plan for the future of our school system and wants to hear from our community. The final plan will reflect HCPSS’ ongoing commitment to educational equity, the five focus areas, Maryland’s Blueprint for the Future’s requirements, and stakeholder values. HCPSS families are asked to complete this survey by Friday, Sept. 20 to provide input about their values for the school system.

Please note:

• If you have more than one student who attends HCPSS schools, please only complete the survey one time. Students in Grades 5-12 will receive a different version of the survey to complete.
• If you have a student enrolled in Grade 5, please share the student version of the survey with them and assist them with completing the survey. If your student needs additional assistance accessing or completing the survey, families may contact their school’s front office for support.
• Students in Grades 6-12 will receive a link to the survey via Canvas and the student newsletter.
