HCPSS Partners with Howard County Government and RTA to Provide Free Bus Passes to Students

HCPSS has partnered with Howard County Government and the Regional Transit Authority of Central Maryland (RTA) to provide free RTA bus passes to students throughout the school year and summer.

The passes will support students who use public transportation to get to jobs and other services and destinations throughout the county. 
They are not intended to take the place of school buses for transport to school.

Students can pick up the free passes at school offices. The passes can be used through September 12, 2022.

RTA plans to make digital passes available in early 2022.
