HCPSS Launches New Inclusive Preschool Program

HCPSS has launched a new, inclusive preschool pilot program for eligible three-year-old children living in the Talbott Springs and Stevens Forest Elementary School attendance areas. The program is co-taught by both general and special educators, making it the first preschool program of its kind in Howard County.

The program curriculum supports early learning and fosters academic, social, emotional and physical development. It aims to bolster kindergarten readiness and provide a strong foundation for students as they begin their HCPSS education.

The program is available at no cost and transportation will be provided to qualifying students.
