HCPSS Students Named 2021 Carson Scholars
March 16th, 2021
Thirty HCPSS students in Grades 4-11, who have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement and humanitarianism, have been recognized as 2021 Carson Scholars.
Twelve HCPSS students were named first-time Carson Scholars, and 18 students were acknowledged as Recognized Carson Scholars. Carson Scholars must have a minimum GPA of 3.75 and selflessly give of themselves, their time, and their talents to others. Recognized Carson Scholars have renewed their Carson Scholar status by maintaining high academic standards and continuing to show strong commitment to their communities.
Each Carson Scholar receives a $1,000 college scholarship award, and will be honored during a regional celebration this fall. More information and the complete lists of new and recognized Carson Scholars are provided online.
