Oakland Mills HS AP Named MASSP Assistant Principal of the Year

Oakland Mills High School Assistant Principal Raymona Reid was recently named the 2021 High School Assistant Principal of the Year by the Maryland Association of Secondary School Principals (MASSP).

MASSP awards a middle school and high school Assistant Principal of the Year to administrators who are excellent in their field. MASSP has selected Reid to compete in the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP) Assistant Principal of the Year program this year.

Reid, a Howard High School alumna, has worked for HCPSS for more than 20 years. She spent many of those years as a Hammond High School physical education teacher, when she was featured in a Staff Focus profile.
