Dayton Oaks Teacher Inducted into Hopkins Center for Talented Youth Fellowship

Joy Mangiulli, a teacher at Dayton Oaks Elementary School, was one of 10 educators chosen for the Johns Hopkins University Center for Talented Youth (CTY) Sarah D. Barder Fellowship Program. Mangiulli is recognized for excellence in identifying, motivating and developing students with advanced academic ability.
Nominations for the Sarah D. Barder Fellowships come from students in CTY’s summer and online courses who live in California, Nevada and Maryland. Mangiulli was honored during the Sarah D. Barder Fellowship Conference, held in February.
