Howard County Public School System Selected as ARTsite 2016 Location

November 3rd, 2016

The Howard County Department of Education is the new home of “Manolis,” a kinetic sculpture by Baltimore artist Paul Daniel. The 14-foot-tall steel and aluminum sculpture will enhance the front of the Department of Education through July 2017 as part of the Howard County Arts Council’s (HCAC) ARTsites 2016 exhibition.

The school system hosted Paul Daniel and HCAC Executive Director Coleen West at an ARTsites opening and reception Wednesday, November 9, at the Department of Education.
