The Howard County Board of Education Public Work Session II on the Superintendent’s Proposed FY 2017 Operating Budget, previously scheduled for today, February 9, at 7 p.m., will now be held on Wednesday, February 10 at 1 p.m. The meeting will take place in the Boardroom at the Department of Education, 10910 Clarksville Pike in Ellicott City.
