Academic Calendar Planning Committee Participants Needed

HCPSS invites citizens to take an active role in developing the 2017–2018 Academic Calendar. Community stakeholders serve a vital function on this committee by sharing diverse knowledge, experiences and perspectives, and ensuring transparency at every stage of the calendar development process.

Members of this committee attend up to seven meetings from January to March to discuss and make recommendations to the Superintendent regarding the HCPSS academic school calendar for 2017–2018. Meetings will be held on Tuesday evenings from 7–9 p.m. at the Applications and Research Laboratory Media Center, 10920 Clarksville Pike in Ellicott City. Meeting dates are January 5, 12, 19, and 26, February 2 and 16, and March 1, 2016. Participants are expected to attend and participate in all committee meetings.
