Apply for the 2026-2027 Apprenticeship Maryland Program

The Apprenticeship Maryland Program (AMP) is now accepting applications for the 2026–2027 school year. The application deadline is March 2, 2026.

Current juniors are invited to apply for the opportunity to begin their career while still in high school. Selected students will earn paid on-the-job training, develop industry specific skills, and participate in related classroom instruction designed to support long-term career success.

This program is not a short-term internship or job shadowing experience. AMP is a year-long commitment open only to rising seniors who are ready to take the next step toward a career pathway. Many students transition into full-time employment and continuing education after graduation.

AMP continues to expand, and we are excited to announce new apprenticeship positions for the upcoming year in several high demand industries, including:

• Carpenter
• Digital Marketing
• Maryland Environmental Services Operator
