The Links to Present $130,000 Grant to Support HCPSS Apprenticeship Maryland Program, Nov. 8, 2025

The Columbia (MD) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, will host a special presentation during its board meeting to present a check to the Howard County Public School System (HCPSS) in support of the Apprenticeship Maryland Program and to formally sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with HCPSS.

The grant will expand access to high-quality apprenticeship opportunities for students. Funds will support apprenticeship-related expenses such as tuition, certification and assessment fees, transportation, wraparound services, and required work equipment.

HCPSS representatives will join The Links to celebrate this generous contribution and acknowledge the collaborative effort supporting local youth career pathways.
