HCPSS Seeks Members for LGBTQIA+ Advisory by Sept. 26, 2025

The Howard County Public School System (HCPSS) is currently seeking members to participate on its LGBTQIA+ Advisory Committee. Any community member who has an interest in supporting LGBTQIA+ initiatives within HCPSS is encouraged to apply for participation.

Advisory members will attend four meetings during the 2025-2026 school year to provide feedback and concerns as well as to help prioritize work being done in HCPSS to support students and their families, staff, and the community.

Meetings will be held virtually via Google Meet from 4:30-5:30 p.m. on the following dates:

• Wednesday, Oct. 8
• Wednesday, Dec. 3
• Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2026
• Wednesday, April 29

Interested participants should complete an online interest form by Friday, Sept. 26.
