Kavita Patel is a mental health therapist who helps Bridges students succeed in school and life. The Bridges Program at the Homewood Center is a public middle and high school special education program that features small classes, specialized and differentiated instruction, counseling services in multiple formats, trained interventionists, and intensive staffing ratios.
