The Howard County Board of Education Public Work Session III on the Superintendent’s Proposed FY 2017 Operating Budget, previously scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 16, 2016, will now begin at 10:00 a.m., due to inclement weather.
