The Howard County Board of Education will hold a meeting on the adoption of the FY 2017 Operating and Capital Budget and FY 2018–22 Capital Improvement Program on Tuesday February 23, 2016, at 9 a.m. in the Boardroom at the Department of Education, 10910 Clarksville Pike in Ellicott City.
