The Howard County Board of Education will hold Public Work Session II on the Superintendent’s Proposed FY 2017 Operating Budget on Tuesday, February 9, 2016, at 7 p.m., in the Boardroom at the Department of Education, 10910 Clarksville Pike in Ellicott City.
