The exhibition celebrates visual arts educators who engage in art making alongside teaching. It recognizes that these teachers experience both the challenges and rewards of the creative process, building empathy for what their students work through daily. The exhibition also honors these teachers as models of authenticity and persistence, who demonstrate that art is not just a subject to study but a lifelong practice of expression, communication, exploration, and meaning-making.
