Before submitting an enrollment request on-site or online, please review the program descriptions, dates, times and locations on the Summer Programs webpage. Early registration is highly recommended. Program availability may be limited during the later registration dates.
On-site enrollment requests will be taken from 9-11 a.m. on Saturday, February 1 at:
Homewood Center (HWC)
10914 Clarksville Pike
Ellicott City, MD 21042
Online enrollment is open the first through fifteenth of each month, with the exception of March, which is open March 2-16. On-site enrollments will continue each month at either the Homewood Center or the Applications and Research Laboratory (ARL) building. Full enrollment information can be found online.
Please note! Enrollment requests do not guarantee placement in a program.
For the BSAP Summer Institute and Gifted and Talented Summer Institutes for Talent Development:
Parents/guardians may request enrollment either on-site Saturday, February 1 from 9-11 a.m. at the Homewood Center (10914 Clarksville Pike, Ellicott City) or online from 9 a.m., February 1 through February 15. During this time, enrollment requests do not guarantee placement in summer programs. If a program is filled, all students who requested enrollment will be randomly selected for placement in that program. Students not selected will be added to a waitlist. Parents/guardians will be notified via email of placement or waitlist by March 2. Payments are not required until enrollment is confirmed.
For programs that are not full, enrollment requests may be made each month. February enrollment requests are limited to Howard County Public School System students.
For Innovative Pathways:
Non-HCPSS students who wish to submit an enrollment request for the Innovative Pathways High School summer program may either attend one of the on-site enrollment events or email InnovativePathways@hcpss.org to receive an alternate online enrollment link (please include Non-HCPSS enrollment in the subject line).
Additional information is available through the Summer Programs website. You also may contact the individual program offices with additional questions.
