BSAP Saturday Math Academy Registration Rescheduled for January 25, 2020

Due to forecasted inclement weather, the BSAP Saturday Math Academy Spring Online and Walk-in registration, originally scheduled for Saturday, January 18, has been rescheduled for Saturday, January 25. Registration will be held at Oakland Mills High School (9410 Kilimanjaro Road, Columbia) from 9 a.m.-noon.
- Fee: $80 (non-refundable)
- Online Registration via HCPSS Connect: HCPSS log-in required prior to registration. Please contact your child’s school if you do not presently have a login for HCPSS Connect or cannot remember your account information. Registration cannot be completed without an HCPSS Connect login.
Online registration runs 9 a.m.–noon, or until capacity is reached. Staff will be available to help with online registration at the Walk-in Registration time and location. Pay via credit card.
- Walk-in Registration: 9 a.m.–Noon, Oakland Mills High School, 9410 Kilimanjaro Road, Columbia. Checks, money orders and cash only. Make checks payable to HCPSS BSAP Saturday Math Academy.
Certified teachers offer instruction and enrichment in all levels of mathematics to a diverse student population through the Black Student Achievement Program (BSAP) Saturday Math Academy. Students will have opportunities to engage in STEM related activities or chess instruction. The program is open to all Howard County students in grades 3–12.
Sessions will be held Saturdays, February 1–March 14 (no class February 15), from 9 a.m.–Noon at Oakland Mills High School. A chess tournament will be held March 21.
Students must register for the same math class or instructional level they are currently taking at their home school. Space is limited. Registration is required.
