Babies and toddlers who have caregivers who talk with them are put on a path toward better development in school and life. For parents/guardians of children newborn through 3-years-old, this workshop focuses on the brain-building that occurs during interactions with children from the earliest moments of life, and provides simple tools to facilitate positive interaction in everyday life.
Child care is available with advanced registration by calling 410-313-7161. This program will be rescheduled in the event that HCPSS schools are delayed or canceled, or evening activities in schools are canceled are due to inclement weather.
Talk With Me provides resources, tools and techniques that all parents and caregivers can easily and comfortably use in their interactions with babies and small children to stimulate intellectual growth.
