The Howard County Public School System Office of Fine Arts invites members of the public to the spring concerts of the Howard County High School Gifted and Talented Orchestra.

The orchestra is directed by Ben Denne, David Bacon, Tim McKay, Colin O’Bryan and Tim Reinhardt.
